Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, redirection domains, APIs, and software applications provided by Go2Ln (“Go2Ln”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including the primary portal at https://go2ln.com and associated redirection routing domains such as gd.is, g2ln.com, g2ln.us, and gtln.us (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, shortening a URL, generating a QR code, configuring a custom branded domain, or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.

1. The Go2Ln Platform & Scope of Service

Go2Ln provides an all-in-one link management infrastructure, including:

• URL shortening and redirection routing (HTTP 301/302).
• Custom slug assignment and multi-domain link creation.
• Dynamic and static QR code generation and asset export.
• Link-in-bio landing pages, profile aggregators, and digital cards.
• Aggregated link performance analytics and traffic insights.
• Custom domain routing, apex DNS verification, and SSL issuance management.

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, suspend, or discontinue any feature, API endpoint, or component of the Service at any time with or without prior notice, subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register an account. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and keep your account profile updated.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login password, API access tokens, and session integrity. You must immediately notify Go2Ln of any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your account credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, including links generated, redirects assigned, and content hosted on your bio pages.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Go2Ln maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against malicious, abusive, or unlawful behavior. You expressly agree that you will NOT use the Service to create, route, host, distribute, or facilitate:

• Phishing & Fraud: Deceptive links mimicking banking portals, login credentials theft, credential harvesting, social engineering, financial scams, or deceptive schemes.
• Malware & Exploit Delivery: Direct or intermediate redirects to ransomware, spyware, trojans, rootkits, drive-by downloads, cryptojackers, or malicious payloads.
• Spam & Bulk Messaging: Unsolicited commercial email (UCE), bulk SMS campaigns violating telecommunication regulations (such as TCPA or CTIA guidelines), forum spamming, automated link-dropping, or social media feed manipulation.
• Illegal & Harmful Material: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, extreme violence, terroristic threats, hate speech, or content promoting self-harm.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Directing traffic to sites that distribute counterfeit goods, pirated media, illicit software cracks, or violate third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Service Circumvention & Platform Abuse: Attempting to bypass URL blocklists, chaining redirects through obfuscation services to hide malicious destinations, running unauthorized penetration tests, reverse engineering the platform, or overloading infrastructure via denial-of-service (DoS) vectors.

We actively monitor link patterns, query threat intelligence feeds (such as Google Safe Browsing and anti-phishing networks), and enforce automated bot screenings. Any link found in violation will be disabled immediately without notice.

4. Custom Domains & Redirection Destinations

• Domain Ownership & DNS: If you connect a custom apex domain or subdomain to the Service, you represent and warrant that you hold legitimate registration rights or administrative authorization to route DNS traffic through our nameservers or CNAME records.
• Third-Party Destination Content: Go2Ln operates purely as an intermediary routing layer. We do not control, endorse, or verify the content, claims, safety, or legal status of third-party target URLs configured by users. You assume all legal responsibility for the destination sites connected to your shortened links.
• Domain Suspension: We reserve the right to unbind, deactivate, or suspend custom domains if they are subjected to external abuse reports, registrar registrar holds, copyright complaints, or security blocklistings.

5. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, & Cancellations

• Free and Paid Plans: We offer free access with baseline quotas alongside premium subscription tiers with advanced capacity limits, custom branding, and custom domain slots.
• Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our authorized payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date through your dashboard account settings.
• Usage Limits: If your account exceeds the monthly redirect quotas, custom domain capacity, or bio-page limits designated for your tier, Go2Ln reserves the right to throttle link generation, downgrade service levels, or prompt you to upgrade.
• Refund Policy: Except where required by mandatory consumer law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellations halt future recurring renewals but do not yield retroactive prorated refunds for partially elapsed periods.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Platform: The Go2Ln trade name, logo, graphic designs, UI components, codebase, databases, and website layouts are the exclusive property of Go2Ln and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of all original text, trademarks, brand assets, logos, and links you publish via your link-in-bio pages or embed in dynamic QR codes. By utilizing the Service, you grant Go2Ln a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transcode, and transmit such assets strictly to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Abuse Reporting, DMCA, & Content Takedown

Go2Ln respects copyright owners and intellectual property rights. If you believe a link shortened through our platform or hosted on a Go2Ln bio page infringes your copyright or redirects to malicious content, report it immediately to abuse@go2ln.com or support@go2ln.com with the following details:

• The specific shortened link URL (e.g., go2ln.com/abc or gd.is/xyz).
• The destination target URL that constitutes the infringement or violation.
• Sufficient documentation or authorization establishing your ownership or representation of the affected right.

Confirmed abusive links and destination mappings will be severed promptly upon verification.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any of the following reasons:

• Material breach of these Terms, particularly Section 3 (Prohibited Activities).
• Receipt of urgent law enforcement directives, court orders, or verified third-party abuse notices.
• Non-payment of subscription fees or invalid billing chargebacks.
• Prolonged account dormancy on free-tier plans where resources are routinely pruned.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and Go2Ln may deactivate, delete, or redirect links associated with your account.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GO2LN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, FAST, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING LINK REDIRECTION UPTIME, THIRD-PARTY DNS RESOLUTION, OR COMPLETE PREVENTION OF THIRD-PARTY MALICIOUS REDIRECTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GO2LN, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GO2LN’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GO2LN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go2Ln, its officers, contractors, and partners against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fees, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) destination content linked to via your shortened URLs; or (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go2Ln operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by local consumer protection statutes, any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction located in that region.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will post the revised version on this page and refresh the “Last Updated” date at the top. For material updates affecting active subscription holders, we will provide reasonable advance notice via your dashboard or account email. Continued use of the Service following effective changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
